As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the heartbeat of our customer service team, delivering a high standard of customer experience by providing critical troubleshooting advice and resolving technical queries. Your focus on customer satisfaction and effective communication will support our high-end products and services across the House of Rohl and Aqualisa product brands. You'll handle inbound calls, manage complaints, process orders, and collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer journey. Your proactive approach will help us gather valuable customer feedback to continuously improve our products and services.

Hours of Work: Full-time

Customer Service Agent Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a contact/call centre or customer service environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve under pressure.
  • Experience working within a premium/luxury brand is desired.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suites and familiarity with CXone/Hubspot CRM is desired.
