Own the territory. Grow the business. Be the face of our brands. We’re looking for a driven Area Sales Manager to take full ownership of our London Region. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role covering Greater London. You’ll be responsible for growing turnover and profitability, strengthening customer relationships, and building long‑term brand presence across a diverse mix of retail, trade, merchant, and distribution partners. What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Driving Sales & Territory Performance
- Growing turnover and profitability across direct and indirect accounts within the London Region
- Taking full accountability for performance across all brands and product categories
- Turning regional and national strategy into practical, local execution
- Developing trusted relationships with retailers, trade customers, merchants, and distributors
- Positioning our brands as the partner of choice through consistent engagement and value‑led conversations
- Clearly communicating our strategy, proposition, and product advantages to customers at every level
- Planning and delivering regular, high‑quality customer visits using structured CRM‑led journey planning
- Agreeing account targets and objectives, securing customer buy‑in, and adapting plans as markets evolve
- Maintaining accurate CRM records for all activity, opportunities, and specifications
- Delivering and coordinating product training to build confidence in features, benefits, and technical advantages
- Identifying contract and specification opportunities within Developer and Specification sectors
- Sharing qualified leads with Specification Managers to maximise conversion
- Producing monthly performance updates against agreed objectives
- Monitoring competitor activity, market trends, and regional movements
- Working closely with internal teams and distribution partners to drive shared commercial goals
- Representing the business at trade events, exhibitions, and industry forums
- Hosting and supporting customers at regional and corporate events
- Acting as a professional, credible ambassador for our brands at all times
