Are you an experienced carer who specialises in supporting individuals with complex needs? Do you want to grow in your career with dedicated support behind you? A very rare opportunity has opened up within one of our complex care teams, supporting a wonderful individual at home. We are looking for support for a young lady aged 14 years old. She enjoys activities that involve tactile experiences such as water play, sand, and gloop. She loves music, singing, dancing and also swimming.
Full training and support, classroom sessions and competencies will be provided to give you all of the knowledge you need to effectively carry out your role with confidence. The role requires working every other weekend on either a Saturday or Sunday for 6 hours, with extra cover during school holidays. There will also be the opportunity to cover more shifts within this package and the potential to be involved in other complex care packages too.

Requirements:
- Paid previous experience as a professional carer
- Flexible availability to include every-other weekend is essential
- A full UK driver’s licence & business insurance
