Project Manager | Wolverhampton (Hybrid Potential) | Fortress Interlocks

Fortress is growing fast—and we’re looking for a Project Manager with experience in engineering and/or manufacturing to help drive key global initiatives that support our mission: “Saving lives by providing the best safety solutions.” We are NOT looking for IT Project Management skills, but please check our pages regularly for future roles.

We are the experts in machinery safety and interlocking, protecting people and equipment in hazardous situations globally.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead cross-functional projects from concept to delivery
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across global teams
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Influence without authority and collaborate across departments
  • Spend time in our Wolverhampton offices collaborating with the wider team
