As HR Advisor with Fortress Safety, you will play an integral role in supporting work across the whole HR lifecycle, from Recruitment & Onboarding, Employee Relations, HR Compliance, People Systems & Data, L&D and Communications and Engagement.
You will have experience working as an HR Advisor in a fast-paced environment and have experience in working with Workday. You will also be an excellent communicator, organised and a self-starter who is able to build excellent stakeholder relationships.
We offer a supportive and collaborative environment, advocating autonomy, whilst allowing you to bring your skills and experience to the fore. As our commitment to your career development, Fortress is also willing to support you through your CIPD. We also offer flexibility with hybrid working and an expectation that you will spend 3 days a week in our Wolverhampton office.
