We’re looking for a commercially minded and confident Channel and Marketing Communications Manager to lead our global communications and channel marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the voice of a respected industrial safety brand, drive growth with channel partners, and deliver impactful campaigns across multiple markets.
About the Role
In this management position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality marketing communications that support business goals and enhance brand presence. You’ll play a key role in planning and executing campaigns, collaborating with sales teams and channel partners, and managing a talented global marketing communications team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Marketing Communications & Campaigns
- Create and deliver communication plans aligned with company priorities.
- Craft engaging, value-driven messaging based on customer insight and market trends.
- Choose the right channels to maximise audience reach, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Lead integrated plans that support product launches and core business initiatives.
- Ensure Sales has access to relevant, easy-to-use content to support demand generation.
- Channel Marketing & Partner Support
- Build effective marketing programmes in collaboration with Channel Partners.
- Manage joint marketing budgets, trade show participation, and co-branded campaigns.
- Provide tools, content, and access to training to help partners succeed.
- Strengthen relationships by collaborating on high-impact marketing activities.
- Brand & Channel Oversight
- Ensure a consistent tone of voice, message, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Develop LinkedIn into a high-performing platform for thought leadership, talent attraction, and culture.
- Enhance email marketing performance through smart segmentation and creative execution.
- Collaborate with the Content Manager to deliver multi-format content including video, case studies, and infographics.
- Events & Trade Shows
- Work closely with Product and Sales teams to plan and deliver successful events.
- Oversee logistics, execution, and follow-up activities.
- Track budgets and measure event impact to ensure a strong return on investment.
- Support global partners to present the Fortress brand professionally and consistently.
- Sales Collaboration
- Build and maintain close working relationships with Sales teams globally.
- Run joint campaigns and develop sales enablement tools that support lead generation and conversion.
- Gather feedback and performance insights to optimise marketing support.
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and develop a high-performing global marketing communications team.
- Define roles clearly and create a collaborative, results-oriented environment.
- Champion cross-functional working with Sales, Product, and Executive teams.
- Encourage active engagement with campaigns across departments.
- Project Delivery & Performance Analysis
- Lead projects from scoping through to delivery, managing timelines and resources.
- Stay adaptable and responsive to changing business needs and industry trends.
- Track and report on campaign metrics and channel performance, using insights to continuously improve.

- Proven experience in B2B marketing, communications, or partner marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for messaging
