Electician

Fortress Maintenance are seeking Electricians to work on an ad hoc basis supporting our customer, a regional housing provider, by upgrading bathroom humidistats and kitchen extractors as part of broader damp and mould related works being conducted at properties across the region.

Our primary focus is improving ventilation at properties to reduce the possibility of any future build up damp and mould.

General works will include:

• Replacing/Installing new humidistats

• Replacing/installing new kitchen extractors

• Chasing out

• Installing iso\’s

• Fault finding

• Providing minor works certs

In order to be considered for the role, as minimum you must hold:

• NVQ level 3

• 18th Edition

• A relevant test and inspection cert

The would be well suited to someone looking for an extra day or 2 a week in between their own work. Days are flexible as appointments can be booked around the sparkys availability.
