Responsibilities include:
- Managing escalations and reviewing assigned site budgets and contracts to ensure timely contract execution and study startup forecasts.
- Supporting the development of innovative processes, methodologies, data, and technologies to improve service delivery.
- Developing, negotiating, and executing Clinical Trial Agreements and budgets at the country level.
- Overseeing country budget setup and parameters development.
- Partnering with Study Startup, SB&C, and Clinical Operations teams as an escalation point for global budget issues.
- Using industry tools and data sources to provide budget and contract feedback aligned with company standards.
- Identifying and resolving delays, escalating non-performance issues.
- Managing negotiation timelines to ensure sites are ready to enroll according to the Startup Project Plan.
Minimum requirements include a BS degree or equivalent, at least 4 years of experience in clinical research site contracting and budgeting, with a focus on country budget build, and at least 2 years of oversight experience. Candidates should be able to explain data-driven decisions and possess expertise in country/site budgeting strategies, organizational skills, and strong communication and negotiation abilities.
