  • During busier periods, you could work up to 37 hours per week; however, the number of hours offered can vary from week to week depending on operational needs.

This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in a clinical research environment, supporting important studies while working flexibly around other commitments.

  • You have experience of working to deadlines and following instructions. You never cut corners.
  • You have good communication skills both verbally and over email and are comfortable using IT systems.

ON A NORMAL DAY, YOU WILL…

From calibrating Lab equipment, monitoring temperature, and navigating global custom requirements, you will oversee the shipment of thousands of samples daily.

  • Coordinate the storage and shipment of samples according to study protocol and Lab Manual requirements.
  • Dispatch samples to external laboratories globally.
  • Ensure adherence to correct shipping procedures in compliance with international regulations for biohazardous and dangerous goods.
