Fortrea seeks an Executive Director to lead HR and Facilities Workday Platform Technology.

This role owns the Workday ecosystem, including HCM, extensions, integrations, security, and reporting, and partners with HR, Finance, IT, Legal and vendors to drive platform excellence and strategic delivery.

You will translate HR and Facilities strategy into scalable technology capabilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, control discipline, and sustainable growth across the platform.
