We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Project Management Assistant to support project managers in delivering projects on time and within scope. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in project management and gain hands-on experience in a professional project environment.

You will assist with coordination, documentation, scheduling, and communication across multiple projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project managers with day-to-day project coordination activities
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and task tracking
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting notes
  • Track actions, risks, and dependencies
  • Support communication between project stakeholders and teams
  • Assist with status reporting and progress updates
  • Follow established project management processes and standards

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
