We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Data Scientist to develop data-driven solutions and generate actionable insights. This role focuses on building machine learning models, analyzing complex datasets, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience within the UK market, strong technical expertise, and a passion for solving real-world problems using data.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and predictive solutions
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions
- Build data visualizations, dashboards, and reports
- Evaluate and optimize model performance
- Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in data science within the UK
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch)
- Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling techniques
- Experience with SQL and working with large datasets
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Mandatory Certification (at least one):
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate
- Google Professional Data Engineer
- AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty
