We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Project Management Assistant to support project managers in delivering projects on time and within scope. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in project management and gain hands-on experience in a professional project environment.
You will assist with coordination, documentation, scheduling, and communication across multiple projects and teams.
Key Responsibilities- Support project managers with day-to-day project coordination activities
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and task tracking
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting notes
- Track actions, risks, and dependencies
- Support communication between project stakeholders and teams
- Assist with status reporting and progress updates
- Follow established project management processes and standards
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Basic understanding of project management concepts
