We are looking for a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer to support the automation, deployment, and monitoring of applications and infrastructure. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who have foundational knowledge of DevOps, cloud, or systems administration and are eager to grow under the guidance of experienced engineers. You will work closely with development, infrastructure, and cloud teams to help improve reliability, performance, and delivery speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Support cloud and on-prem infrastructure operations
- Help monitor system performance, availability, and alerts
- Assist with automation scripts and configuration tasks
- Support containerised applications and environments
- Work with ticketing systems to track incidents and changes
- Follow DevOps and security best practices
- Maintain documentation and operational runbooks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of DevOps concepts and practices
- Familiarity with Linux or Windows system fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Understanding of version control systems (Git)
- Exposure to CI/CD tools or pipelines
- Willingness to learn automation, monitoring, and cloud operations
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
