We are looking for an organised and motivated Junior Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and tracking of projects across teams. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who want to start a career in project coordination or project management and gain hands-on experience in a structured environment. You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on track and information is clearly communicated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers with day-to-day project coordination activities
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and task tracking
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture meeting notes
  • Track action items, risks, and dependencies
  • Support communication between project stakeholders
  • Assist with progress reporting and status updates
  • Follow established project management processes and standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Basic understanding of project coordination or project management concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Degree or diploma in Business, Management, IT, or a related field

  • Entry-level certification or training (PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM, or equivalent – in progress or planned)
