We are seeking a proactive and organised IT Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time and within scope. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure project objectives align with business goals. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience managing IT or technology-driven projects who are ready to take ownership of delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects from initiation to closure
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and budgets
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders
- Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
- Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role
- Proven experience managing IT or software development projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello)

- Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with ITIL or service management practices
