About the Role – Desktop Support Engineer (Entry Level)
We are hiring an Entry-Level Desktop Support Engineer to join our growing IT support team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start their career in IT support, helpdesk support, or desktop engineering. You will assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while gaining hands‑on technical experience and industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities (SEO Keywords Included)
- Provide IT support and desktop support to end-users (onsite and remote)
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and upgrade software, applications, and operating systems
