We are looking for a Junior Data & Business Insights Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the business. This role is ideal for graduates or early-career professionals who have a strong interest in data, analytics, and business insights and are eager to learn in a real-world environment.
You will work closely with senior analysts and business stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
Responsibilities- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analysing business data
- Support analysis of trends, performance metrics, and KPIs
- Help transform raw data into clear insights and summaries
- Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports
- Support reporting using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Help prepare data presentations for internal stakeholders
- Work with teams to understand basic business requirements
- Support documentation of data definitions, metrics, and processes
- Assist in responding to ad-hoc data and reporting requests
- Learn data analysis best practices and BI tools
- Participate in training, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Continuously develop technical and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts
- Business metrics and KPIs
- Familiarity with Excel (basic to intermediate level)
- Basic SQL (advantage but not mandatory)
