We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Infrastructure Manager to oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure and operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of systems, networks, and platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments
- Lead infrastructure projects, upgrades, and system implementations
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems
- Oversee system monitoring, incident management, and problem resolution
- Manage and mentor infrastructure and support teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Implement and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices
- Manage vendors, service providers, and infrastructure budgets
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or related roles
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and leading technical teams
- Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms
- Hands-on experience with operating systems (Windows/Linux)
