We are seeking a motivated Associate Full Stack Engineer to join our development team. This entry-level role focuses on building and maintaining web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in programming, a willingness to learn, and a passion for developing scalable and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining web applications (front-end and back-end)
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams
  • Support API development and integration
  • Troubleshoot and debug application issues
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices
  • Contribute to testing and performance optimization
  • Document technical processes and workflows

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • 0–1 year of experience in software development (internships/projects included)
  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with at least one front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
  • Basic understanding of back-end development (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar)
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
  • Exposure to RESTful APIs and web services
