We are looking for an Assistant Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of projects by assisting in planning, coordination, documentation, and communication activities. This role is suitable for early-career professionals seeking to build a strong foundation in project management and PMO operations. You will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and timely execution of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
- Support Project Managers in daily coordination and execution tasks.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Follow up on project tasks and ensure timely updates from stakeholders.
- Assist in monitoring project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Help identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain project management tools and dashboards.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the project team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field.
