The Role: We are in search of a proactive individual to fill the role of Telesales Executive. Your primary responsibility will involve engaging with clients over the phone, providing valuable insights and information regarding our suite of CFD instruments. Your focus will be on establishing meaningful connections, understanding clients' investment and educational needs, and offering personalised education to help them navigate the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Maintain regular phone/email communication with clients to build trust while gaining a deep understanding of their investment & education objectives.
- Product Education: Offer information about our CFD instruments/educational services, including their advantages and associated risks, ensuring clients are making informed decisions.
- Platform Assistance: Guide clients through our trading platform, providing support on account setup, technical features, and available resources to enhance their trading experience.
- Relationship Management: Foster relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, promptly addressing inquiries, and presenting market analysis to support their investment journey.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout client interactions, maintaining accurate records and adhering to established regulations.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes through in-house training and professional development initiatives to enhance expertise and provide a valuable service to our clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales/telesales or financial services.
- Strong communication skills via phone & email.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to analyse client needs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and overachieve performance targets.
- Proficiency in CRM programs and relevant computer applications.
