We're actively seeking a proactive individual to join us as a Sales Executive. Your primary task will be engaging with clients over phone/email, providing invaluable insights and assistance regarding our platform, and offering personalised guidance to help them navigate the trading market effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Maintain proactive communication with clients via telephone and email, establishing rapport and understanding their investment & education objectives.
- Product Education: Provide catered information about our instruments and educational material, including features and associated risks, ensuring that clients are well-informed to make trading decisions.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and proactively addressing their needs.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the client engagement process, including accurate record-keeping and disclosure of relevant information such as risk.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and product enhancements through ongoing in-house training and professional development initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly through telephone/email.
