Salary/Incentives: Starting £25,500/annum to £26,500/annum (after 3 months' probation period) Plus Uncapped Commission & Bonus.
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, over the phone and email, whilst providing them with valuable information on trading CFDs and introducing our range of products and educational services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Maintain proactive communication with clients via telephone and email, establishing rapport and understanding their investment & education objectives.
- Product Education: Provide catered information about our instruments and educational material, including features and associated risks, ensuring that clients are well-informed to make trading decisions.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and proactively addressing their needs.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the client engagement process, including accurate record-keeping and disclosure of relevant information such as risk.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and product enhancements through ongoing in-house training and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications required:
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, or financial services.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly through telephone/email.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for building trust with clients.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and expectations.
