This is a client-facing, non-advisory role where you will communicate with clients daily, build professional relationships, and provide general information about our financial products and platform. All communications must adhere to FCA regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Client engagement: Maintain proactive communication with clients via telephone and email, establishing rapport and understanding their informational needs.
- Product information: Provide clear, fair, and balanced information about financial instruments and platform features, including appropriate risk disclosure.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain professional client relationships by delivering consistent service and responding promptly to enquiries.
