We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients over the phone and email, while providing them with valuable information on trading CFDs and introducing our range of products and educational services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Maintain proactive communication with clients via telephone and email, establishing rapport and understanding their investment and education objectives.
  • Product Education: Provide catered information about our instruments and educational material, including features and associated risks, ensuring that clients are well-informed to make trading decisions.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and proactively addressing their needs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the client engagement process, including accurate record-keeping and disclosure of relevant information such as risk.

Requirements
