Fortrade Ltd London FCA Regulated is looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join as Business Development Executives in a financial markets entry-level, full-time, office-based, non-advisory role. Graduates are welcome with a starting salary of £26,500, increasing to £27,500 after probation, along with performance-based commission in line with responsible sales practices and regulatory standards.
All successful candidates will undergo one week of fully paid training upon passing the first interview.
This is a client-facing, non-advisory role where you will communicate with clients daily, build professional relationships, and provide general information about our financial products and platform. All communications must be conducted fairly, clearly, and in accordance with FCA regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Client engagement: Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients via telephone and email, establishing rapport and understanding their informational needs.
- Product information: Provide clear, fair, and balanced general information about our financial instruments, platform features, and educational materials.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain professional client relationships by delivering consistent service and responding promptly to enquiries.
