Responsibilities
- Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients via telephone and email, establishing rapport and understanding their informational needs.
- Provide clear, fair, and balanced general information about our financial instruments, platform features and educational materials, including appropriate risk disclosures in line with FCA requirements.
- Build and maintain professional client relationships by delivering a consistent standard of service, responding to enquiries promptly, and ensuring clients are treated fairly at all times.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards throughout every client interaction, including accurate record‑keeping and client suitability escalation.
- Stay current with industry developments, product changes and regulatory updates through structured in‑house training and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a client‑facing, customer service or financial services role is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and accurately.
- Professional and composed telephone manner.
- Resilience, self‑motivation and the ability to work consistently under pressure.
- Conscientious approach to performance targets within a structured, compliant framework.
- Proficiency in standard computer applications and CRM systems.
