Responsibilities
- In-Person Event Planning & Logistics
- Assist in the coordination and execution of in-person events such as partner conferences, tradeshows, and customer/partner meetups.
- Oversee logistical details, including venue coordination, travel arrangements, catering, and promotional materials.
- Support the creation and maintenance of event timelines and budgets.
- Act as a liaison between vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure events run smoothly.
- Assist in developing event messaging, collateral, and presentations for partner engagement.
- Track, analyze, report, measure, and communicate program results.
- Webinar Facilitation & Coordination
- Manage the logistics of virtual webinars, including scheduling, registration, and technical setup.
- Partner internally on the creation of content and promotional strategies for webinars.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure webinars align with broader channel marketing strategies and goals.
- Provide on-the-day support during webinars, managing attendee engagement and troubleshooting any issues.
- Partner Marketing Support
- Aid channel partners with marketing materials, campaign assets, and training to help drive sales initiatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing co-branded marketing campaigns for partners.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
- Administrative & Reporting Tasks
- Maintain an up-to-date directory of events, webinars, and partner activities.
- Prepare regular reports to evaluate event and campaign success, including metrics such as attendance, engagement, and ROI.
- Provide recommendations to leadership based on program results.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenses related to marketing programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or a related field, preferably in the technology industry.
- Experience planning and coordinating in-person events and virtual webinars.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing and social media.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce CRM, Hubspot, and Wrike is a plus.
- Able and willing to travel as required by the business (up to 10%).
