We are now seeking a full-time Bartender to join our team at Heathrow Terminal 3. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence and is committed to delivering a truly memorable experience to every customer who visits us.

What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, teas, and soft drinks to Fortnum & Mason standards
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our drinks menu and provide recommendations to customers
- Ensure all beverages are prepared and presented consistently and efficiently
- Handle customer orders and payments accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all health and safety standards are adhered to
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment and inventory management
- Work collaboratively with the wider front-of-house team to deliver a seamless guest experience
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a customer-facing hospitality role
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with guests
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage service would be advantageous
