Fortnum & Mason has been delighting customers since 1707 from our world-famous hampers to our iconic teas and extraordinary food. We're now looking for a talented Chef de Partie Biscuits to join our exceptional Kitchen Team and help craft the baked creations that define our legacy.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee all food production on your station, ensuring consistency and excellence
  • Prepare, bake, and finish biscuits, cookies, fillings and garnishes
  • Contribute to new ideas and products with the Head/Sous Chef
  • Conduct regular checks, audits, and temperature controls
  • Manage stock levels, order ingredients, and minimise wastage
  • Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Plan and organise daily production to ensure smooth operation
  • Work collaboratively with Front of House teams
  • Comfortable working in an open kitchen customer facing

What We're Looking For

  • Must have experience as a Senior Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen that focused on pastries, bakery and chocolate
  • A passion for exceptional baking and craftsmanship
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
