Join our Fortnum & Mason warehouse team as a Fixed Term Warehouse Operative – Goods In (until 30th August 2026), where you’ll play a key role in ensuring all incoming stock is handled with care and accuracy from the moment it arrives. In this fast‑paced and varied role, you’ll be responsible for receiving, checking, and processing deliveries to the highest standards. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll help ensure smooth stock movement between our sites and support our wider operations during peak periods. You’ll also use Dynamics 365 to maintain accurate stock records and complete essential administrative tasks. What You’ll Do

  • Receiving and unloading deliveries from suppliers
  • Checking incoming stock against delivery notes to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Booking goods into the system accurately using Dynamics 365
  • Organising and storing stock safely within the warehouse
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised goods‑in area
  • Communicating with suppliers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks
  • Processing supplier returns where required
  • Contributing towards compliance with health and safety standards
  • Continuously thinking about ways we can improve
