Fortnum & Mason are looking for an exceptional Wine Cellar Manager to join our busy Wines & Spirits stock team at 181 Piccadilly. Responsible for demonstrating world-class service, our new manager will possess passion for our product, and an ability to bring this to life for each and every customer.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the process of inbound deliveries on wines & spirits in the cellar to picking, replenishing, and rotating stock across all business areas
  • Report shortages, QC risks and stock issues
  • Manage a team of up to 6 wine cellar operatives whilst being professional and proactive
  • Maintain stock systems and collaborate with the wider business for the need of wine & spirits

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a fast paced environment in a similar role with wine and warehouse knowledge
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Understand health & safety protocols
  • A friendly warm approach with great people skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Outstanding people and communication skills
