Our Head Office department is located in the heart of Piccadilly, occupying the 5th & 6th floor of our flagship store.
The central London location offers restaurants, bars, cultural sites, shopping and more, and is a short walk from Green Park Tube Station and numerous bus stops.
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring across our Retail and Hospitality divisions at Fortnum & Mason.
Partnering with senior stakeholders, you will deliver end‑to‑end recruitment strategies that attract exceptional talent and support outstanding customer experiences.
You will report to the Culture & Talent Director, manage a small team, and work closely with the Head Office TA Manager and the wider People team to deliver an exceptional candidate journey and strengthen our employer brand.
Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition strategy for Retail & Hospitality, including peak hiring
- Partner with leaders to attract diverse, high‑quality talent
- Develop sourcing strategies, outreach programmes and new talent pipelines
- Track performance, market trends and competitor activity
- Manage agency partners, referral schemes and recruitment budgets
- Ensure a best‑in‑class candidate experience and strong employer brand
- Coach hiring managers and support effective decision‑making
- Lead, develop and inspire a high‑performing TA team
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation and compliance
Qualifications
- Strong TA experience in retail and/or hospitality
- Proven stakeholder management at senior level
- Skilled in both volume and specialist hiring
- Data‑driven, commercially aware and results‑focused
- Confident influencing and advising hiring managers
- Experienced in ATS and recruitment tools
- Agile, resilient and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Passionate about candidate experience and employer branding
