As a Stock Keeper, you will be at the heart of our operation — ensuring our shelves are always perfectly presented, our stockrooms run smoothly, and our teams have everything they need to deliver exceptional service. Your work will make sure that every customer who steps into our store experiences the magic of Fortnum & Mason at its very best. This is a full‑time role (40 hours per week) based at Bicester Village.

What You’ll Do:

  • Receive, process, and organise all deliveries to the highest standard.
  • Keep stock areas clean, safe, and impeccably organised in line with company guidelines.
  • Ensure products are stored, handled, and replenished correctly to maintain quality and reduce loss.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure the shop floor is consistently and efficiently replenished.
  • Respond to stock requests quickly to support seamless customer service.
  • Follow all procedures relating to manual handling, stock security, and workplace safety.
  • Ensure compliance with all Fortnum & Mason operational standards.

  • Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right.
  • Is highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.

  • Has previous stockroom, warehouse, or retail experience.
