Fortnum & Mason is seeking an exceptional Sales Associate to join our renowned Wines & Spirits department. As part of this celebrated team, you’ll bring our extraordinary products to life through impeccable service, deep product passion, and a dedication to creating unforgettable experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.

Reporting to the Floor Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our department excels day after day—maintaining beautifully presented displays, supporting stock levels, and contributing to the achievement of departmental KPIs through both individual brilliance and collaborative spirit.

This is a role for someone who thrives on engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and creating moments of genuine delight. If you’re confident, warm, and naturally engaging, you’ll feel right at home.

What We Are Looking For
  • Has a genuine passion for Wines & Spirits, and loves sharing that passion with others
  • Brings previous experience in a related retail or hospitality role
  • Finds joy in creating a sense of pleasure and discovery for customers
  • Holds a foundational knowledge of wines and/or spirits—through experience, study, or personal interest
  • Someone that is eager to deepen their expertise and learn our product range inside-out
  • Flexible and able to work 37.5 hours across 5 days, including weekends, on a rotating rota
