What You'll Do:
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience within our Gifting department
- Engage customers through thoughtful gifting conversations and storytelling
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable gifts for all occasions
- Complete transactions efficiently and accurately
- Replenish stock and maintain high visual merchandising standards on the shop floor
