We are now seeking a Retail Supervisor (40 hours) to join our brand-new Bicester Village retail team—someone who shares our passion for excellence, food and is committed to delivering a truly memorable experience to every customer who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do:
- Offer guidance, motivation and share responsibility for the floor’s day-to-day operations.
- Attend to customer enquiries, appointments and feedback
- Relay KPI’s with the team and ensure this is driven through sales
- Help on the shop floor where needed
- Create long-lasting memories with customers through storytelling and product knowledge
