Join the Fortnum & Mason Guest Experience Team! We are now looking for an experienced and exceptional Retail Manager to lead our busy Retail Hosts. Our Retail Hosts are an iconic symbol of the company’s heritage and embody our long standing legacy of joy giving things. Our Retail Manager will be fully responsible for the tight-knit Retail Hosts team, managing their performance through strong leadership skills and will ensure our world class customer service is delivered consistently.

What You'll Do:
- Drive clientelling through team management
- Drive service and sales targets
- Overseeing management of retail hosts
- Managing store experience, store tours, activations and events
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a fast paced environment in a similar role in personal shopping
- Proven experience in managing a team against performance indicators
- A friendly warm approach with great people skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
- Outstanding communication skills
