Fortnum & Mason is transforming its supply chain with RELEX and a data-driven Merchandising function. The Relex Super User will maximise value from the RELEX platform, optimise forecasting, replenishment and inventory across the business, acting as Fortnum's in-house RELEX SME and bridging Merchandising, Supply Chain, Tech and external partners.
This role leads user adoption, continuous improvement and system optimisation, supporting rollout of Wholesale, EU and Hampers while embedding best practices.
