Our Head Office department is in the heart of Piccadilly and occupies the 5th & 6th floor of our beautiful flagship store. This central London location offers so much to explore including restaurants, bars, cultural sites, shopping and more, and only a short walk from the Green Park Tube Station and plenty of bus stops.
The Recruitment Coordinator will support the recruitment process by managing administrative tasks and system onboarding to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for new hires.
Key Accountabilities- Administrative Support: Manage and maintain recruitment records, including candidate databases, job postings, and application tracking systems.
- System Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have access to necessary systems and tools for a successful day one.
- Scheduling: Arrange interviews, meetings, and other recruitment-related events, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and support.
- Documentation: Prepare and distribute offer letters and e-mails and other employment-related documents.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements – i.e. right to work.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and activities to support the Talent Team decision-making.
- Experience of working in a busy, fast paced environment with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence positive outcomes.
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
