Our Head Office department is in the heart of Piccadilly and occupies the 5th & 6th floor of our beautiful flagship store. This central London location offers so much to explore including restaurants, bars, cultural sites, shopping and more, and only a short walk from the Green Park Tube Station and plenty of bus stops.
The Visual Operations Executive is responsible for the seamless operational execution of visual merchandising strategies across all retail locations. This role consists of office-based duties which assist in bridging the gap between creative concepts and in-store implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Design Execution: Supporting the in-house visual team create decks and presentations for window designs, in store projects and floor plans.
- External Company and Asset Management: Manage relationships with external companies for props, lighting, and display materials, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate the logistics of prop deliveries, collection from our storage facilities and diary of external companies visits.
- Budgeting: Assist in keeping department budget on track, managing the processing of the visual department's credit card, raising purchase orders and paying invoices.
- Scheduling: Scheduling team meetings, agendas and schedules for the department.
- Experience: 2-3 years in retail operations, executive assistance, head office based visual merchandising role, or a related field.
- Operational Excellence: Excellent time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple locations.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator highly preferred.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to liaise with senior stakeholders and field teams.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive attitude with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt to changing needs.
