What You’ll Do:

As a Sales & Stock Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless luxury shopping experience, balancing exceptional customer service on the shop floor with efficient stockroom operations behind the scenes. In this dynamic airport environment, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding, personalised service that reflects the Fortnum & Mason brand
  • Share product knowledge confidently, supporting customers with recommendations and queries
  • Maintain beautifully presented sales areas with strong attention to detail
  • Receive, unpack, and organise deliveries efficiently in line with operational needs
  • Support stock control, replenishment, rotation, and ticketing
  • Ensure product availability while maintaining impeccable standards
  • Assist with visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
  • Process transactions accurately using the till system
  • Work collaboratively with your team to create a warm, welcoming environment
  • Ensure all activities comply with health & safety and food safety requirements

What We Are Looking For:

  • Interest in luxury retail, fine food, and premium products
  • Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced airport setting
  • Comfortable working both on the shop floor and in the stockroom
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and a committed team player
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Previous retail experience is preferred
