What You'll Do:

  • Create the very first impression of Fortnum & Mason by greeting guests with charm and confidence.
  • Support seamless store flow and ensure every visitor enjoys an exceptional and memorable experience.
  • Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and impeccable professionalism.
  • Provide guidance on our products, services, store layout, and heritage.
  • Support queue management and maintain a smooth flow throughout the store.
