What You'll Do:
- Create the very first impression of Fortnum & Mason by greeting guests with charm and confidence.
- Support seamless store flow and ensure every visitor enjoys an exceptional and memorable experience.
- Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and impeccable professionalism.
- Provide guidance on our products, services, store layout, and heritage.
- Support queue management and maintain a smooth flow throughout the store.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance.
