Responsible for demonstrating world-class service, our new team member will possess passion for our product, and an ability to bring this to life for each and every customer.

What you will be doing:

  • Set your section up for success - preparing and organising your workstation so that everything is in place, using fresh, high quality ingredients.
  • Execute dishes to a high standard - working under the guidance of the Chef de Partie, following recipes precisely and maintaining the restaurant's standards every time.
  • Own the details on the pass - monitoring cooking times, seasoning and presentation so that every dish looks beautiful and tastes exceptional.
  • Support stock and ordering - helping to manage stock levels, rotation and ordering to avoid shortages and minimise waste.
  • Champion hygiene and food safety - keeping your section clean and organised at all times, and following all HACCP, hygiene and safety procedures.
  • Be a true team player - working closely with your Chef de Partie and the wider brigade to keep service smooth and efficient, especially during the busiest periods.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a quality kitchen as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie, ideally within premium hospitality, hotels or restaurants.
  • A genuine passion for food, flavour and seasonality.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • A collaborative, positive approach - you enjoy being part of a brigade and supporting more junior chefs.
  • Flexibility to work a rota that includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
