Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership
- Lead the day-to-day operation of 45 Jermyn Street, ensuring exceptional service standards at all times.
- Maintain the highest levels of food quality, beverage service, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Ensure all operational processes are executed efficiently and consistently.
- Champion a culture of hospitality excellence across the restaurant.
- Commercial Performance
- Take full accountability for the restaurant's financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and cost management.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, labour costs, stock control, and business planning.
- Identify and implement opportunities to increase sales and maximise profitability.
- Regularly review performance metrics and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests, VIPs, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
