We are now seeking a passionate and driven Deputy Store Manager. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in launching and shaping the success of our newest store in Bicester Village - supporting the Store Manager in delivering exceptional service, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the Store Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor
- Spend the majority of your time on the sales floor, coaching, mentoring, and developing your team
- Support the delivery of the store KPIs including sales, customer satisfaction, compliance, and team development
- Drive commercial performance through effective planning, stock management, and visual merchandising
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company standards including health & safety, food safety, and due diligence
- Lead by example in managing customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery
- Support recruitment, training, and succession planning to build a strong and engaged team

- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a premium or luxury retail environment
- A confident and inspiring leader with a hands-on, coaching-led approach
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving sales and operational targets
