Our Head Office department is located in the heart of Piccadilly and occupies the 5th & 6th floor of our beautiful flagship store. This central London location offers so much to explore including restaurants, bars, cultural sites, shopping and more, and is only a short walk from the Green Park Tube Station and plenty of bus stops.
Role Purpose: The Events Partnership Executive is an exciting opportunity to join the team running external events at Fortnum & Mason. Working closely with the Senior Events Partnership Manager, the Events Partnership Executive will play a key role in planning and executing each event. Through excellent organisational and communication skills, they will develop great working relationships with our partners and customers to drive sales and deliver a consistently immaculate experience.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide support throughout the entire events lifecycle from securing the partnership to delivery on-site
- Management of day-to-day administrative duties
- Maintain sales reports, orders, invoicing, critical paths and operational documents
- Handle customer queries and correspondence
- Responsibility for end-to-end management of own projects demonstrating autonomy
- Be the ‘Face of Fortnum’s’ at our events for our customers, clients and partners
- Coordinate aspects of the events delivery with internal teams and suppliers
- Ensure all operations are executed with sustainability at the forefront of our thinking
- Liaise with multiple stake holding departments within the business to ensure the events are delivered excellently including, but not limited to; Marketing, Merchandising, Buying, Packaging, Sustainability, Finance, Visual Merchandising, Chefs and Hospitality and Logistics
Excellent planning and organisation skills
Highly motivated with a great desire to succeed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of computer literacy – specifically Excel

Previous experience on D365 sales system
