What You’ll Do
- Oversee all food production on your station, ensuring consistency and excellence
- Prepare, bake, and finish biscuits, cookies, fillings and garnishes
- Contribute to new ideas and products with the Head/Sous Chef
- Conduct regular checks, audits, and temperature controls
- Manage stock levels, order ingredients, and minimise wastage
- Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Plan and organise daily production to ensure smooth operation
- Work collaboratively with Front of House teams
Requirements
- Must have experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen that focused on pastries, bakery and chocolate
