As a Sales & Stock Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless luxury shopping experience, balancing exceptional customer service on the shop floor with efficient stockroom operations behind the scenes. Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding, personalised service that reflects the Fortnum & Mason brand
- Share product knowledge confidently, supporting customers with recommendations and queries
- Maintain beautifully presented sales areas with strong attention to detail
- Receive, unpack, and organise deliveries efficiently in line with operational needs
- Support stock control, replenishment, rotation, and ticketing
- Ensure product availability while maintaining impeccable standards
- Assist with visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
- Process transactions accurately using the till system
- Work collaboratively with your team to create a warm, welcoming environment
- Ensure all activities comply with health & safety and food safety requirements
Qualifications
